LETTER FROM CLASS A PGA MEMBER, MICHAEL MIDGETTE

Having been a student of the game for more than 15 years, and gone through the PGA Professional Golf Management Program at Coastal Carolina University, I can assure you I will find a way to improve your game.

On my side, I view TRAINING as just another word for teaching and demonstrating. I expect you to view TRAINING as another word for learning and practice.

Just like most things in life, in order to improve where you are, you must actively participate and dedicate yourself. In other words, I strongly encourage you to master these exercises and drills, by performing them over and over again, otherwise all you're doing is feeding your brain, and not your body.

I hope you use all information wisely, actively, and with excitement. I STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to ask questions, give feedback, and keep me up to date on your progress. Thank you for choosing me as your coach, and granting me the opportunity to improve, not only your game, but your life.

Mission and Vision

To help you, the golfer, GET BETTER in all aspects of the game of golf and eve in life. I aim to be the most sought after Online Golf Instructor, and provide the #1 Total Game Improvement program available to the public. I will provide you with the following:

  1. High-quality, PGA Certified instruction via the HUDL Technique App and Skype/FaceTime.
  2. Golf-specific fitness instruction with the help of the Volt Athletics app and my fitness trainer, Matthew Mattes.
  3. Nutrition coaching with Advocare Advisor and my coach, Bianca Hartman.
  4. Mental Game training with David Mackenzie, founder of the "Golf State of Mind."

TESTIMONIALS BY STUDENTS OF MICHAEL MIDGETTE

When I shared my first online video with Mike, he provided instant feedback, showing me my faults, prioritizing the areas that needed work, and provided drills to help. Shortly after we started working, all through online videos, I reached the finals in my club championship, which I ended up losing, but this was a huge step in the right direction. We have discussed my playing goals, and he planned out an extensive training plan for me. We have scheduled an in-person check up later this summer, which proves he’s willing to go above and beyond for his students. I trust in Mike’s ability to get me there because not only is he a great player in his own right, he has groomed the teaching abilities under some of the finest instructors in the game. Mike comes with my full recommendation as someone you can go to, regardless of skill level, to improve your game and reach whatever goals you have set for yourself.
— Toby Hearn, 3 Handicap, just getting back into competitive golf, after just one month of online lessons.
Mike’s unique blend of humbleness, patience, unwavering positivity, and ultra professionalism makes learning from him pleasurable. We never met at the range and just pounded a bucket of balls. He teaches there’s more to learning this game than just a pretty swing. From fitness, to course management, to pre-shot routines, to utilizing modern technology such as video and smartphone apps to even just a friendly, encouraging text or phone call, Mike offers everything you could hope for in a teacher.
— Cooper Donelson, tournament player with goals of playing professionally.
Just finished my 5th lesson with Mike. He took my swing and worked with it adding the consistency and results I was looking for, rather than trying to completely overhaul it. The short game lesson added immediate results as well. Mike uses many different visuals and ways of explaining things until he finds one to get his lesson across effectively.
— Walter Pawliw, 10 handicap after shooting 4 back-back rounds in the 70s
Mike Midgette is one of my favorite instructors I have ever been with because he keeps it fun, but knows how to take it seriously at the same time. His instruction is simple to understand and because he’s a really good player, it makes it easier to trust for me. I have gone from a 14 to an 8 handicap in just 3 months after our first lesson. His mental approach to the game has also taught me how to handle myself on the golf course. I truly believe in his teaching, and I am confident he will make me a better player and a better person, too.
— Joe Choi, 19 years old, Amateur Tournament Golfer
Mike brings a fresh approach to teaching the game of golf while possessing all of the tools of a seasoned professional. A personal commitment coupled with his instruction has helped to sharpen my game greatly.
— Rob Demarco, 12 handicap
